First Things First

Hi everyone!

Welcome to my blog for all things Cross fit, food, and health. It’s always been a passion of mine to start a blog and I’m finally doing it! Yay!

I hope to inspire everyone at some point to get moving and do what they love! We’re all in this journey together and I hope you’ll reach out to me with any suggestions or questions!

Some days will be harder than others and that’s ok! (I may or may not have a complaining post to get through the day) life isn’t always about the good things..thank goodness for my boyfriend for putting up with me!

Next, CrossFit is a huge part of my life now. I know, I know..everyone in CrossFit can’t help but to talk about CrossFit. I’m not even embarrassed to say that I’m one of them! I’ve gotten a few of my friends to join even and I think that’s the best part of it!

I’m not so good on the healthy food part of it but I’m learning! My big thing right now are Lenny and Larry’s cookies. Have you tried them???? They’re so good! I have one before every workout and it helps me through the whole workout without cramping from starvation! If you want some please go through my website and you could just find yourself hooked!
